Es war sehr hellhörig, die Klimaanlage war sehr laut.

Night checkin personal was very friendly.

Convenient, beds comfy,

TV no connection, breakfast quit at 9am, no freezer in fridge, the iron was not hot enough, no facial tissues in box.

We stayed here because of the great dog friendly reviews, and that part of the trip was truly great. They don't charge for the first dog and have a relatively low price for a second which really helped save money on a family road trip. The hotel was older, but refurbished. The lobby and main floor were good. The pool was smaller, but water was comfortable (heated but not overly heated) and many guests' kids enjoyed the pool. Our room was one of the dog rooms, and had a vinyl floor which needed cleaned better. There was not pee on them, but I could see where a dog had peed in the past and the ammonia from it had cleaned the floor of other grime. The room had a musty smell to it, which I think was either from the AC unit, or maybe because the pool was directly beneath our room. The beds were not the greatest, mattresses felt past their prime and the pillows were thin. AC worked fine. Bathroom was very clean and well maintained, but smaller in size because it was built years ago. Hot breakfast was basic as expected for the price. Cereal, yogurt, eggs & sausage links, pancake machine and biscuits/gravy. Would prefer that they stop using styrofoam plates/bowls and change to paper instead as similar hotels have done. The employees should not smoke next to the front door, and the patrons need a sign posted asking them to stay further back. Wish the hotel would offer recycling of bottles and cans at a minimum.

The staff were lovely and friendly. The room was clean, and bonus, the water pressure was fabulous! If I’m in the area again I’ll definitely stay here.
