Matthew, the front manager, was wonderful!! He couldn’t do enough for us and anyone who asked! He was exceptional

There were black hairs all over our towels. We checked in for four people and there were not even enough towels in the hotel room for our family.

We stayed twice in a week on a trip to Florida. The first stay wasn’t so great. The bath tub was dirty. Our room was right by the elevator and pool and was loud all night. The door didn’t close properly which was a bit scary. The second stay was much better. The receptionist was way kinder and our room was better. Bath tub was also dirty.

Within 10 minutes of us getting into our room, the fire alarm went off. Someone had cooked a cinnamon roll too long in the microwave. We had to walk outside until the fire dept told us it was ok to go back to our rooms. The manager had the key to turn off the alarm but he wasn’t there. The staff did the best they could under the circumstances. Our room was on the first floor directly across the pool and elevator. Very noisy throughout the night.

I travel for work every week. This is one of the best over all holtels that I have stayed at. The stuff here has made me feel like I’m at home. The young lady at the front desk has been great to us. I think she is the manager. And if she is this place is in great hand.

Room was rundown, small TV, bed wasn’t comfortable, and bathroom wasn’t fully clean (floor not mopped, hairs in corners, shower rod broken). I overheard others at breakfast with similar complaints. Also, the service at breakfast was very slow one morning, but fine the next. We won’t be staying here again.

The hotel was in a good location and was easy to find and get around town. Easy check in and a great breakfast lady who kept everything clean and full. However the bed was uncomfortable. Sagging in the middle and needs to be replaced. The shower did not have hot water, it was just luke warm. If those items were fixed it would have been a 5 star stay
