Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Chattanooga-Lookout Mountain by IHG

Great place to stay.

I was driving back home from Asheville and was just too tired to make the rest of the drive - plus, some nasty weather was rolling in. This hotel was everything I needed for one night- right off the freeway, free parking, hot breakfast. It was very clean and the staff was so friendly, especially the two ladies working the front desk and breakfast area in the morning. They made sure I was good to go with water and coffee before I hit the road. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a shower that would not turn off at 7pm, they said we could move, we had 4 kids that were asleep so we didn't move. The next day we headed out for 6 hours came back and it still wasn't fixed, water was still running, so we packed up and moved to a different room for one night. Checked out the next day and it was fixed

The hotel was quiet and we slept very well. The room was clean. We enjoyed the blackout blinds. The breakfast was not good (awful) so we ended up eating at Cracker Barrel across the parking lot. The bathroom had only the mirror light for lighting. There was a light over the tub/shower but there was no way to turn it on. There was no fan in the bathroom so the mirror stayed wet for a long time. Most likely next time we will stay at a different hotel.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was ideally located near everything we planned to see and do in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly from my understanding, they have just overtaken this property. There was mold on a few things, and the bathrooms were not great. But they made it right. Otherwise, it was an easy location to attractions and a good breakfast. Pool was very small.

They gave my room to a couple which walked in on me while I was in the shower the desk clerk was new couldn’t check people in or do reservations, had no help, no manager on duty or anything.

We stayed here for a visit to Ruby Falls. We arrived on Memorial Day weekend and downtown was mostly closed. We did find Gilman's which was really nice. We went to Ruby Falls which was outstanding I injured my knee(nothing to do with Ruby Falls) and the staff pointed us to Erlinger Hospital where I got Excellent and quick treatment. Nothing serious and we were on our way by noon. Thanx to the staff at Holiday Inn we did not spend our entire day at a busier ER .

Our room was very clean - and cool. The staff was friendly. Also, it was nice a quiet and had a Cracker Barrel just across the parking lot.
