Comfort Inn Kissimmee-Lake Buena Vista South

The property was worn out, but everything was super clean. The hot water did not function. Alma at the front desk was an exceptional person and deserves a raise. She was wonderful.

Bed was extra comfortable

Jacuzzi was a lil old, knobs were hard to turn & it took a long time to fill up. Had to clean it before we used it.

I liked the price and location. The hotel is clean, but it's old and dated.

The pillows were lumpy, the mattress is old and it needs to be updated. The furnishings in the room need to be updated.

The staff were very exceptional in every sense of the word. They were friendly. The rooms were clean and the environment was very clean too

Nothing cause we left soon as we entered the room

The room smelt pissy!!! As soon as we went in we turned back around and left… didn’t even worry about checking out it was so stink!!
