A picture frame was hanging from a loose screw fell on my face while I was sleeping! That was very unacceptable! If I could request for a refund I would definitely do it!

No hot tub, apparently it’s been broken for years and there no plan to fix it, the indoor pool is ice cold and you can’t even consider using it, and the whole hotel smells like the strongest nastiest carpet fresh you’ve ever smelled in your life. It’s nauseating and a migraine waiting to happen. It’s awful. Also, the beds are full size, not queen size.

The whole place smelled kind of musty. The beds were smaller than expected. Breakfast was delicious.
