Finding the place was a disaster. If only they answer their phones at reception, it may have helped. Every time I ordered a meal or drink I was declined and forced to walk up to reception who couldn’t understand a word I was saying in English. The place is full of cameras which scan your face even to sit down at dinner. Kind of like being in Brave New World story by Mr Huxley! Aside from the above, the hotel, its location and pool is amazing and absolutely stunning. The food in buffet was a a 10/10. The bar staff need a personality and some lessons. Nothing worse than sitting down for a quiet mojito and being greeted by a mute 🤐 With a little more personality and professionalism this place would be an easy 5 star. Perhaps take a leaf out of the friendly and charismatic hotels in the Pacific Islands like Fiji.

The resort is wonderful. We traveled with two children aged 9 and 6, and the facilities are great. Buggy and cable cars are very convenient. Medical centre at the resort was handy. Vin Wonders theme part is excellent. On check in there was an issue with our room, mixed up with a friend, but it was sorted the next day. Only downside is staff don’t speak great English, so the transfer we booked from the resort to the airport never showed and we almost missed our flight. Be sure to get everything in writing where both sides understand - we didn’t get the transfer back in writing, only paid at reception, and there was no record on the morning. Staff did pay for our taxi to the airport (driver was amazing, he got us there on time).

Average, I’d say the staffs would need a bit more training.

Great service from staff, beautiful views and villa was clean. Except, the kitchen was empty. If we needed crockery or cutlery we’d have to request with the front desk which was inconvenient but not a huge deal. Don’t understand how a sizeable kitchen was completely empty of except for tea and coffee. Defeats the purpose of having a villa with a kitchen. The buffet breakfast was average given the size of the hotel I expected more variety and quality offerings. Maybe it’s because it’s low season. The redeeming quality of our stay were the water sports offered including parasailing and snorkelling in an enclosed man-made cove. Would return.

Good location, staff persons are friendly and charm, breakfast has variety of items..a very good location for vacation.

A fantastic place to stay with family or as a couple. The resort was great and the villas are the best I’d ever stayed in. Super modern and very large and extravagant. The property is huge, so moving around is easy with a golf cart service provided whenever and wherever you need to go across the resort and island. Super close ride to the Harbour Town for restaurants and shopping and also close to the theme park. I would highly recommend this place to stay!
