Hotel Review: I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the experience. The rooms were dirty and had an unpleasant odor, which made it uncomfortable to relax. Some rooms lacked air conditioning, making them stuffy and warm, while others had excessive AC, causing an unbalanced and uncomfortable temperature. Additionally, the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt drab and uninspiring, lacking warmth or charm. I hope management addresses these issues to improve future guest experiences.

The property was quaint and not over the top. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Kudos for the valet and desk staff especially Emeli & Kassandy . Very walkable area.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and the house keeping staff was awesome! Travel to the location was only a half hour’s drive from downtown San Diego.

1) The AC doesn't work, two different rooms… neither one could cool the room and the temp outside was only 75 degrees 2) The internet was too slow to use streaming apps on the televisions, buffering and load time were horrendous 3) There were no towels at the pool, i inquired about this in the app and no one ever responded 4) When we called ahead of the trip to ask a question, 3 different times they picked up the phone and put us on hold without saying anything and never came back (literally 30+ minutes) 5) Room service charges a 21% fee, that is excessive given you can door dash from the same restaurants for little to nothing 6) They skipped 3 days in a row on cleaning the room 7) There is no parking area, you have to go park in a neighborhood in front of people’s homes 8) we had a leaky shower head - drip drip drip all night 9) The room was not pool side access even though that is what we booked 10) A guy got beat up outside the hotel in view of our balcony, its a really shady public park right next door with people there all hours of the night

Lovely view, but items in the room were a little bit rusty. I’m pretty sure it’s from the salt humidity in the air. The ceiling fan was making noise, great staffing very helpful.

Great spot. Service was just ok

The staff was amazing in the hotel and the restaurants! We love this hotel to be able to sit on the balcony in the am and pm to listen to the waves and enjoy the ambiance!
