Holiday Inn Bournemouth by IHG

Room fine but open curtains and awful view rubbish work and men vans didn’t have sausages for vegetarians had to ask and wait for them to be cooked had to ask again next morning not a lot of fruit what was there was tinned coffee machine didn’t work at first had to get some one Just needed a bit more care and attention for breakfast location so awful and left two days early

Whole area so awful druggies and drunks

Clean, not too small, double bed

Be great if all hotels had a way to shut out tv lights, hall lights around the door etc and provide solo travellers with additional locks

My husband was unwell late in the evening and the help he received was outstanding Miguel the manager, called paramedics and supported my husband whilst he waited Very caring and amazing support and service I was not with my husband, but on the phone at the time and I am extremely grateful for the care that he received from Miguel Thank you 🙏

The location was nice if we didn't want to walk to the shops or beach there was a bus stop close to the hotel. The hotel was laid back far enough off the road for it to be quiet.
