Not a lot of option… not great Decent location

The staff and the cleanliness

Clean and friendly staff

Staff were excellent. Friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was clean and kept so by the service team. Location was not bad, although would have been nice to have sea view room as requested.

The breakfast was a bit basic. The building is a bit dated with some things, such as the left call buttons not working. Very tight parking spaces. There was a terrible smell in the car park while we were there.

Close to the town centre

Location of the property is best.

Lift wasn't operating properly. Service manager was standing next to it but didn't bother to address it.. guests had to remind her that it's risk for anyone to use it. Breakfast was very lousy. Need to organise breakfast slots if you don't have enough space to accommodate all guests at the same time. Availability of the parking space should be monitored, if you are charging for the parking spaces. Approach roads are clocked by tourist buses.. no management control or supervision.

Everything was good. Room was decent. Nnice and clean. Lift was slow. Breakfast was good but could have more options

Short walk to the beach. Good breakfast. Very nice helpful staff.

Pillows were flat and uncomfortable.

Room okay, comfortable bed, Manager was very good, introduced himself upon check-in which we thought was nice. Location chosen due to proximity for our needs. Stayed at a different Holiday inn previously and to be fair this was much the same.

Most likely now this is not really our sort of hotel, it met a need and there's nothing wrong with it, a bit functional. Puzzled a bit by the bathroom shower design which is a wet room with a screen. Good floor in the shower but changed to a laminate type at the open entrance. Consequently it's a bit tired looking from water damage. Why not put a continuous floor across. Oh well. Breakfast food good, self service but a bit chaotic. That's the clientele though....
