The staff were polite and helpful

In the room (305) there are no plug sockets anywhere in the room to use a hairdryer let alone close to a mirror. The only socket possible was behind the huge tv which we had to move to even plug the kettle in!

Great location for beach and shopping. Friendly staff, good customer service. Bedrooms clean, coffee machine was an unexpected nice touch.

Beds are old, hard and uncomfortable. Bed was a double not a king which even though was as advertised, felt small for a hotel bed. Food for evening meal was overpriced and disappointing. Breakfast service was chaos with very basic continental choices, but the quality of the cooked breakfast I’m told was good.

My room was excellent, it was clean and the bed were comfy. The staff on reception especially Victoria was brilliant

The room was excellent. The breakfast was a bit of let down, it was warm not pipping hot. The full English breakfast could have been much better. The scrambled egg should have been made better, the mushrooms were not tasty. After one plate I said i would rather have a continental breakfast

We booked a family room for 3 people — two adults and one 6-year-old child. However, the room we were given was very small, with only one double bed, and the sofa bed was broken. As a result, all three of us had to sleep in the double bed. The window in the room was also not opening. I went to reception to explain the situation, but unfortunately they only apologised and did not offer much help. There were also not enough blankets or pillows in the room for three people. The manager came and apologised as well, saying the sofa could maybe be fixed tomorrow and that we could speak to reception again. We are disappointed because we paid for accommodation for three people but received a room suitable for only two.
