We were upgraded to Mövenpick hotel, which was a good deal, the location is perfect, the place is nice and clean.

The rooms on the 4 th floor are extremity noisy, I woke up at 6 am on doors slapping, shouting and every time any one moves on the floor u hear it well. Briefly, v bad insulation and I think they put all mercure diverted clients on that floor which is the last quiet..

The property was closed. They send to another hotel movenpick. Which is near petra site. But we want hotel on top of hills which was mercure but it was closed. Please remove from booking this hotel. So people will not regret on arrival
