I like the location.

When we walked in was nobody at the desk to check us in. We waited and waited for someone to come. We have stayed there several times and it seems the hotel is needing a good cleaning and renovation

The room was spacious and clean

The TV didn't allow you to watch real time television and the breakfast was not free for the price they charge was the cost of a up scale restaurant. I could have got better service at I Hop for less.

I was very disappointed to find out that the pool was closed. I could not see this information anywhere on Booking.com before making the reservation. At the reception, I was told that the information is “somewhere” on the main website, but it was definitely not visible on Booking. The pool has apparently been closed for a long time, and honestly, that was the main reason why I booked this place. My son was very upset, and it really affected our trip because we were both looking forward to using the pool.
