it is very difficult to fund online a number to call and talk to actual receptionist in the hotel. All those idiotic 800 numbers which send call s to India just for booking. This is really annoying. And even once i found the number - they do'nt pick up the one for

"Bad food and security."

Breakfast was terrible and they often didn’t have plates or utensils. Side door had a sign indicating it was broken due to software issues but was still unlocked and anyone from the street could just walk in.
