Hilton Garden Inn Norwalk

Convenient to where we needed to be. Bed was excellent. Checkout at noon appreciated.

Prepaid breakfast. Poorly organized though decent variety. Three!! huge TV screens in breakfast area! REALLY! Water in lobby available but mostly not. Water in room $3.50 , give us a break ! Throw in a bottle of water at least when one arrives ! Heater very noisy and acting like an A/C at times blowing cold air in December.

Traveling from NJ to Weston CT for an event the location was convenient from the Merritt Parkway. Our room was clean and staff friendly. It was well iit at night and handicapped parking available.

The rooms and building are a little worse for wear and one elevator was out of service. Our room was on the 3rd floor and a walk down the long hall. We requested an accessible room. We would have liked a raised toilet seat. The bathroom sink counter was small and the sink did not drain properly. The keurig coffee maker did not heat properly so we couldn't use. There's a Starbucks across the street for good hot coffee and less expensive breakfast.

Stayed here for two nights as the motorcoach driver of an athletic team. First of all, parking a 50’ motorcoach was very difficult to find the appropriate space in their parking lot. If I had parked it where I was told to, I would have blocked in the other commercial vehicles that were parked in the rear of the hotel and they would not have been able to exit in the morning. The hotel is situated in a very congested area and was very difficult to make a left hand turn out of the property. The room was basically the same as most Garden Inns with nothing that was exceptional. The towels were of nice quality, however the water pressure in my shower was extremely weak. The bedding was all very comfortable. I cannot comment on the breakfast as I do not ever eat hotel breakfasts.

More selection in the little shop — I arrived very late and had to microwave something — the hotel offered very little.

Had a pool and hot tub. Spacious room.

Did not have a room with 2 queen beds which i had reserved weeks before my stay. I was traveling with my daughter and needed 2 beds. We were forced to share a king bed. The cot we were offered was old, falling apart, and not comfortable. Also, no free WiFi.
