Location and hotel was ok

The receptionist told us they stopped serving food when we arrived yet 45 mins later cooked and served a pizza for another guest, didn’t like being challenged but was on video call to someone the entire time we sat in the bar. Very poor service. He even served alcohol after last orders to other arriving guests
