Location for our visit purpose Acknowledgement by staff that the mouldy ceiling was not acceptable was appreciated.

Mould on bathroom ceiling. Parking fine even though I filled in the numberplate tablet on the front desk!!! Smell

Breakfast was not very good, full English was like warm at best, low class produce. Continued was ver bad limited choice. Bar was not open until 5pm and hot day, could have done with a light refreshment

Staff were friendly, good parking

The hotel was outdated, it smelt of urine, it was grimy. Breakfast was expensive, poor quality and cold.

Great location, VERY nice cosy and comfortable room, friendly helpful staff, excellent breakfast. Was abit surprised at how good this hotel was to be honest and will definitely be staying again as visit Cardiff often.

"The hotel was perfectly adequate for the cost"

It was perfectly adequate, clean and beds were comfortable. As expected for the price and location. The only complaint would be the dreadful smell in the hall way, we think it was coming from the dirty and stained carpet.
