Location.

Toal change since last visit. Myself and some biker friends go there for the great buzz about the place and especially the meat pies on the bar menus. Shocked that the hotel was nearly empty of furniture. Not much choice in the bar. ( what happened to the Guinness) ,and bar menu had three items on it. Non of them appealed to us, so we had to go over to the local pub to eat. Staff seemed really disinterested, and I don't really care attitude. The previous staff a few months back ( we've all been three times this year,and previous years) were brilliant. Very professional and very happy in their work.

Great location

Needs a lot of TLC but I understand it's due for some renovation soon. Could be a really good hotel

"A very pleasant and friendly stay and, would return.....and that's key for me."

The room had a very nice view, but....the bathroom was a little small if i'm honest, but otherwise okay. Breakfast and evening meal were really good. Had a few problems paying for the car park, but that all ended well in the end....no fines received thankfully.

As listed and detailed above but, nothing that i disliked as such. The hotel could do with some re-decoration / modernisation..... just a personal comment

Buffet style hot breakfasts. Very enjoyable. Coffee only instant sachets. A good start to the day.
