"Does not offer airport shuttle as is listed on the property website"

Booked this hotel specifically because it advertised free airport transportation only to be told at check in that "no, we don't have an airport shuttle". Because it was late and I didn't have any other transportation I was not able to find another hotel. I am very disappointed in the Hilton brand for advertising a service at this property that is not available.

The property was under construction, tile setters making lots of noise cutting tile until 8:30 pm chipping thinset mortar in the morning 1hour and 30 min. Before check out time

"Short Stay"

Was driving through the area from Dallas and had a stay here in December. I'm a Diamond member with Hilton and always enjoy a positive stay. This was one of them. Clean hotel, fresh room, front desk team was spirited and enjoyed my stay. I usually stay at the Hilton with mtgs, so it was a bit of a change and no regrets. Thank you.

The staff

The room smells bad, and the bed was uncomfortable, also de sheets were like with humidity . I stay two days and no body went to clean the room. To much money for that.
