"Not up to Hampton and Hilton standards"

I gave it a two because the staff was so nice and friendly. The hotel itself Is not up to the normal standards of a Hampton Inn or a hotel within the Hilton family. My daughter’s family had one room and my husband & I had another. My SIL woke up during the night to a roach crawling on his arm. Then my daughter stepped out of their shower to a large roach on the floor. All of the furniture in our room, as well as throughout the hotel was old, dirty and in need of replacing. This goes for the carpet also. Some of the chairs in the general lobby had throw covers on them. The shower head in our bathroom looked and worked like something they picked up at Walmart. The shower track were the door slides was dirty, rusty and looked like it may have had mildew growing on it. We had a king room and there was no fridge or microwave in it. For over $200/night I will go elsewhere next time.

"area around this hotel is sketchy"

the hotel is ok but the area around there is full of homeless people. It feels very unsafe in the parking lot going from your car to the hotel and vice versa. The hotel is also showing some age.

"Cockroach"

Do not stay at this property. I woke up with a cockroach on my face that was the 5 inches long! The little black dots are the poop or blood from when I swatted it off my face. Went to the front desk with bug in tow and they said I would have to contact the manager to get a refund. I called the number provided and it went to VM and I couldn't leave a message because the VM was full. That pretty much summed it up. Scary place!
