Nice location. Away from the hustle

I stayed here for business for one night. I don’t know where to begin, it was that disappointing. The air-conditioning did not work, the outlets by the bed are so worn out the plugs just fall out. There was no body wash or shampoo in the shower, I think the only thing that worked right was the bed. When I brought the issues to the attention of the front desk, they were indifferent about it, to the point of being indignant. This hotel reeks of poor management and neglect. I stay seven months a year in hotels for the last 25 years. I won’t be back.

Front desk lady was not behaving properly .

I have to pay extra 25 dollars for what???? Why do you need know about it? I already told you that I apid 157 dollars to you and I still have to pay 25 dollars at hotel??? It is not right! so I am speaking of expedia that are lied and not honest.. At hotel the staff are terrible and attitude!!!

We decided to give this Hampton Inn another try after a disastrous stay in November 2023. This will be our last stay at this particular Hampton Inn. First of all, the staff at the front desk is not friendly. No greeting, no thank you for staying. Our room was good and bad. The bed was comfortable. The sink was very low. There was a lotion dispenser by the sink, but no soap. I called down and was told they were out of soap-unbelievable! I asked for the manager and was told that she was not there. We will never stay at this Hampton Inn again.

We moved to this hotel because the Home 2 had bed bugs. This hotel was dated. The exercise room had broken equipment and no cleaning supplies. Told the front desk two times. Nothing changed.

Love the location near the Airport, had a super early flight and this hotel fit the bill. Happy with our stay.

Breakfast is delicious so is the coffee. The free shuttle to the airport is an absolute plus and free parking. The staff is very kind. The lobby is clean. Our room is basic and outdated. Linens are scratchy. AC is not consistent all night. The room door won't open on our last day before we check out. Same issue when we checked in. If we've been given a better room, will plan to stay again.
