Sandman Hotel Red Deer

The staff was very professional and made sure we received the best service possible. The room was great and very spacious. Overall this was an excellent choice and I will be sure to come back in the future and finally, a huge thank you to Mr. Faiz for this wonderful stay.

There was lots of parking and the staff were very friendly while I checked in and out. I was upgraded from a one bedroom room to a suite.

First off, it was EXTREMELY difficult to get the deadbolt on my room to look. As a woman travelling alone this was a BIG concern for me. They had upgraded my room, which was nice, but the bathroom door that lead to the bedroom couldn't close, it's like the frame was too small for the door, The bathroom also didn't have a fan and I could see mold beggining to grow on the ceiling while I was showering. Lastly, while I was on the couch trying to read I turned on the overhead lights and they were flickering so frequntly I had to shut them off and use lamps the rest of the night. I've stayed here for work multiple times and each time there has always been a cleanliness issue, a security issue, or something else (once they closed the pool early, the same trip the smoke detector kept going off whenever we would shower and there was no fan in the bathroom to help it dissipate.) I will not be returning here, I've given it way too many chances.

It was very clean and the staff were so friendly. My room was exceptional. I wasn’t expecting it to be that nice. I felt like I was at home tbh.
