Room and staff Dayton was very kind

The location was good, the price was good

It was noisy as there was a youth hockey team staying at the hotel and there was lots of running up and down the halls and loud voices.

I did not get the opportunity to stay even though I pre paid before arriving. i would like a refund

That they would not take debit for incidental fees

I didn’t know there was breakfast lol! But the front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. The bed was comfy

The room could use some TLC - carpet ripped up in places and the bath tub was aged. Also the smart tv didn’t work and the remote was difficult and confusing to use.

Very disappointing room expectation and below average cleanliness. Original room had a non-functional sofa bed which we didn't realize until late evening when went to utilize. Offered us a blow up but could not find pump to inflate. Couldn't give us a different room until next day, but gave us a lower room than what we booked but still charged us rate for original room. Gave us a $40credit for first night, only compensation offered. I will add front desk staff were polite and apologetic.

Up to date, clean, friendly staff.

There was no breakfast and no discount at Denny’s.

Had a tough time finding plug in for the coffee pot. Had to move it over to TV table to plug in.
