The staff were very kind!

I had to turn the how water on all the way for it to be luke warm, and there was no water in the vending machines (although this is 3rd party) - the gentleman at the front filled up my daughters bottle

Nice room

The bathtub drain was completely separated from its base.

The guy at the front desk (can't remember his name) was fantastic. Very friendly.

My only issue with my stay is there was very little hot water for the shower. I like hot showers and this one got Luke warm. So if you like hot baths or showers you might want to go somewhere else. Other than that it was a good hotel.

no breakfast

pillows were terrible, round like a ball and very hard. when we booked we asked for a room on lower floor, close to elevator. the room we got was on the top floor and all the way to the end of the corridor. there were no instruction on howm to use the tv remote. tv channel guide was terrible to use.
