STAY ELSEWHERE!! I would leave zero stars if possible! Do not stay here! They stole my information and booked a room under some person I do not know. I stayed one night, the place was not a super clean, nice place but overall seemed fine and I just needed a bed for the night. After I checked out and got my thanks for staying, leave us a rating text I got another that said they looked forward to seeing me again that night for a new booking. I contacted corporate and told them as soon as I got the confirmation of booking that I did not book the room, would not be staying there and to cancel it. They didn’t and Brandon Alexander got a room for the night on me!! Customer Care only takes your complaint and tells you they will email you a resolution. They picked the wrong person this time, police have been contacted regarding the identity theft and I will take every action I can against them. Terrible customer service!
