Did not do breakfast

I had already pre-registered. Upon arrival, there was NO one at the front desk with a phone number to call. Guy n front of me called - back in five - waited ten. Bd I called. Back in five - it was another ten before she returned. Got to room - no remote for tv, only one bulb bulb In antiquated lamp that as burned out. Back to office. Person at front desk showed in her expressions that this was an inconvenience to handle. Borrowed a chair from breakfast area that was in very poor condition. Had to put bath mat over the seat. Had stated in a different room two weeks prior and nothing in room but two beds. A workman on site had to repair heating/air to make it work. This place is rapidly declining with staff and condition of rooms.

I travel to work so it was 8 mins from job

The customer service, I stayed a couple weekends before this weekend no deposit, this week I was told I gotta pay a 50 or 100 deposit of my choice, it was just weird to me because even if I paid a deposit it would tell me that in advance when I book the room, secondly it wouldn’t be an option because who would chose 100 over 50.,, my tv didn’t work the night I book the room or the morning b4 I was supposed to check out
