"My room was spacious and comfortable, and several staff members were very helpful. However, on three separate occasions, housekeeping or hotel staff knocked once and entered my room believing I was checking out. This was concerning and impacted my sense of privacy. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, but improved communication regarding occupied rooms would be appreciated." The location was good for what we needed

Front desk staff has zero customer service. This was discussed with the manager as well.

It was quiet the breakfast was delicious the staff was very nice a efficient room very clean

The pillows were flat. The bed was uncomfortable. And the room was constantly hot. Keep waking up cover in sweat almost fell in the bathtub twice

Location to venue

Room was dark even with all the lights on. There was small spots of black mold in the shower/toilet area. The bed was broke down causing you to roll into the middle.

We have stayed here many times now over the past six years but find myself having to write this review. Sadly it was not one of our best stops Both my brothers room and our room had bathroom / toilet issues and taps going and not stopping and these seemed to be an issue to get fixed so that became a problem and cause a sleepless night as well from the noise of the running water. The TV's in both rooms must of been feed from the internet as they constantly dropped out and froze or just stopped and the was every night / day for the entire stay. Just a shame that this happens as the location to the CTA is so good but have to highlight the lack of maintenance at the hotel and seems to have declined.

The girl at the front desk that finally helped us get a clean room was great! Near O’Hare.

The first room they gave us had not been cleaned. See photos. Those are not my shoes. Then we were told they didn't have a room for us. We had a reservation and communicated that we'd be coming in on a red eye flight.
