"5 STARS GUEST SERVICE, FACILITY AND AMENITIES"

We traveled from Boston to see a one of a kind wedding dress. After a very hectic flight and navigating O'Hare Airport I was beginning to question my life choices.... I cannot say enough about our experience at SpringHill Suites. From the prompt and professional Shuttle Service, to the warmest of welcomes by front desk staff, who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and convenient. From providing Train schedules to food recommendations. I think by the time we left we invited Michelle and Magda to the wedding! The rooms and pool were clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was beyond good. Many choices and everything was fresh and warm. Endless pot of coffee was always fresh and the price for our stay was extremely reasonable. Also the Shuttle Service was incredibly accommodating. (We had very early morning flights) 5 STARS for the facility, amenities and 10 STARS for guest services!

"Would Stay Again!"

Excellent experience! The cleanest pool in 15 states we seen. The hotel is large, clean, and staff are welcoming and pleasant! Breakfast is nice also. It’s also located near Rosemont Village which is less congested and calmer making it even better with a short drive to downtown!
