Boarders Inn & Suites by Cobblestone Hotels - Wautoma

Check out staff wanted to charge me $60 because the hotel had not yet received payment from Expedia. Expedia was very helpful in resolving the issue, but it took over an hour to resolve as front desk ‘Mike’ was more interested in arguing with me than calling Expedia himself to work on resolving the issue

This place has come a long way in a short period of time. We hunt in the area and have stayed here a number of times, but stopped for a couple of years due to poor cleanliness, rude staff, etc. We just gave it another try, and wow! So much better. It’s still a no frills place, but they’re doing very well. Still a ways to go with maintenance/repairs, but this will be our “stay at place” again.

Staff was good. Breakfast good. Charged 10 extra for a dog. I wanted room with jacuzzi but that room the tv did work and they knocked off 10 but then added 10 for the dog. Pretty cool atmosphere. Didn’t try the pool.

It was good. The pool and hot tub were being refinished so they were closed.

We checked in andthe clerk was not helpful at all and said our room didnt have hot water or tv but that was part of the room we booked. Since when? Left right away esrly in morning.

Staff was very friendly and excellent! I had booked the king suite…my bathroom was spotless! However, sofa had stains all over it! It was quite dirty, so we did not even sit on it. I was disappointed that the pool was closed for renovation. (This info was not updated on website) Overall a great stay! I will stay again

Did the job for what was needed

Pool/Hot tub wasn't available which was part of reason I chose this location over other hotels.

Rhe lobby is decorated very nicely. Very warm and inviting. The front desk staff were great. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom were stained, hopefully not moldy, but should be replaced.
