Boarders Inn & Suites by Cobblestone Hotels - Wautoma

Don't judge a book by it's cover. The hotel was better than we thought. The staff was nice and accommodating. The pool and rooms was clean. It was a nice cozy place. Bonus for us was the location. Our vehicle broke down in town so we had no transportation. We were able to walk to restaurants,stores and gas stations.

Breakfast definitely could be better

Never got hot water for the shower, after 10 minutes gave up and took a cold shower. Other people had hot showers but not this room.

Rooms were large and comfortable

The first hotel I’ve ever been to that you can’t bring a beverage or even a water bottle in the pool area. The lady at the front desk came and yelled at us when we had our water bottles. You also can’t bring the pool towels outside of the pool so if my kids wanted water, we had to walk to the room in our wet suits. They was a total of 3 cars in the parking lot and they said they didn’t have extra blankets. With better staff and update the pool rules, it would make for a way better experience. Bigger TVs in room would also be nice.

Stay was great! Very nice front desk employees. Warm, inviting fire place, pool was perfect temp. Breakfast was just right. Everything was clean. We had to make a last minute reservation for a funeral and staying somewhere so inviting helped a lot! Great stay all around!

Was a huge family christmas party in the lobby making it weird walking in.

They do not limit access to the hotel at the alternate entrances. No key card only entry. Would be nice if the beds were softer and the TV’s bigger
