Boarders Inn & Suites by Cobblestone Hotels - Wautoma

Our stay was fine, nothing fancy. It’s a bit run down and worn but it was pretty clean. It served its purpose for the night.

The staff was very friendly and constantly cleaning around the hotel.

Property overall was ok. Checkin was good. No elevator was horrible. Room was clean and decent. However, refrigerator not so good. Breakfast was a disappointment. No eggs except boiled. No coffee creamer and was out of coffee when we arrived. Overall an average hotel.

The management offered an early breakfast before normal hours which they didn't have to do but was much appreciated by the hunters. Thank You !

Curtains broken. Couldn’t close it completely. Windows/trim by picnic tables need attention. Fencing on bad condition. Falling down

the pool was closed. room smelled like stinky feet room 109.

Not the cleanest but the price was right. Enjoyed the large room with couch

When checking in there was a sign stating the pool and whirlpool were out of service. That was the reason we decided to stay there. Also told it was out of service for the past three months at least and probably won’t be repaired. The leg on the table fell off when we moved it to play board games. This hotel needs a lot of TLC. The pictures on the website were nothing like what our room looked like.

We are very upset about the lack of hot water. The front desk told me to call Expedia but you don't put a phone number on your site. We are supposed to get our bill discounted through you.

I called ahead and asked if dogs are allowed, I was told no, not anymore. Only to arrive and see atleast 5 dogs being walked outside hotel. Had to find last minute board for my 30# dog, because I thought policy had changed, where it indeed had NOT!
