Place was clean and close to the airport. It was back behind all the other hotels and not very close to restaurants. The elevator was broken so had to drag luggage up the stairs. It was still a nice hotel for the price and being close to the airport.

The hot breakfast in the morning is great. The rooms are a little dated, but clean. This is my 3rd time staying at a Residence Inn.

"Decent stay, nice people"

Standard Residence Inn: clean, safe, usual good breakfast. Pleasantly surprised by warmth of the staff especially Cara the shuttle driver. Only negative is having to drag bags out of the check in/main area back outside in the freezing cold to open yet another keyed door to get to room.

"Avoid!"

What an absolute dump with a rude staff to boot. Pullout couch was unacceptable, room had a moldy, stale smell. The front desk clerk rolled her eyes when I walked up and said hello. Breakfast was terrible and I'm very glad I was only there for a few hours.

"Noisy and poor service"

Within 5 minutes after check in I could hear loud noise from airplanes passing over head. 15 mins later and hearing airplane number 4 I checked out. The front desk clerk told me I would still be charged for the room. I have twice requested a manager call me to discuss compensation. I've gotten no response. I opened a case with Bonvoy services, the hotel closed the case with no explanation. This is the worst hotel experience I have had in many years.
