Residence Inn Dallas DFW Airport North/Irving

This hotel was nice and clean! The breakfast was wonderful. The front desk person in the evening (Alise) was rude and communication was awful. The shuttle that was supposed to pick us up never arrived! At one point in the back and forth conversations I was told by the driver (Josh) that he couldn't help us and his shift was now over! After we waited almost an hour we finally took a taxi to the hotel. The taxi driver came in to verify that myself my brother and my 86 yr old mother had been waiting at the pickup spot for a long time. The taxi driver was then given an irritated and dismissive thank-you by Alise. There's a lot more to the story but I don't want to relive the abuse!

Room was nicely laid out. Clean and quiet.

We arrived at 3:15 to check in and were informed (by the shuttle driver) that no one was there to check us in until 4:45 pm. We left and returned. In our room, the TV was broken, so I called the front desk who said no one was there to fix it, so we had to move rooms. In the new room, the tv worked, but the bed was uneven… my feet were a foot higher than my head. And the toilet was uneven, one hip was four inches lower than the right. Not to mention the airplanes taking off and landing every few minutes even into the night. Will never stay here or another Residence Inn again. Terrible.

Impressed with the room layout in our queen bed room; level of comfort, compact organization, and attention to details. Desk chair and long narrow desk near the window; great bed lighting on both sides–one main and pinpoint for reading. Two sinks in separate area from toilet/bath/shower. Hightop table for two –easy spot for coffee/food. Comfortable seating area. TV to turn for seating or bedside. In addition, the included buffet breakfast was copious with good choices for everyone: sweet, savory, meat, eggs, yogurt–and good coffee. Good choice for our 2-night stay!

This hotel was clean and staff were great!

Television had no signal. Advised the front desk on the first day but never fixed. There was no iron in the room.

Great place to stay with kitchen while traveling for business. Ten mins from the airport. The lady at the front desk also let me check in early. She was great. Will stay again when ever i travel back to dallas.
