Upon arrival, all the staff including and especially Andy the manager were more than helpful. Couldn’t rate them highly enough Well done

Our stay at The Pointe motel was good for 2 weekend nights, but expensive with no breakfast or daily room freshening. You could get room supplies upon request and they would be left outside your; however, ou room was quiet and clean with comfortable beds. The room was antiquated as you had to search for charging plugs for your phone and tablet. Also, the Wifi was weak and not secure? If we visiit our friends again, we may stay here again ?

The pots and pan suck, the upstairs lights didn’t work and the bathroom with twin beds were clogged and unusable. Staff was ok but the dining food was excellent. My spa massage could’ve been better. The staff at the spa could of been more helpful. I felt like my kind wasn’t welcome in the town.

This hotel is in a very convenient location if you’re going to Okemo. The property is outdated and we think it is overpriced for the amenities you receive, but honestly every hotel in Ludlow is overpriced. The rooms have awful soundproofing, and the sleeper sofa was so uncomfortable that our kid refused to sleep on it. The pool are was a nice addition for kids, but there were not enough chairs or areas to put towels. The hot tub was also over frothing with chlorine. We may stay here again given the proximity to okemo, but we will temper our expectations.

The Castle Restaurant has proven to be a disappointment. Ate there 3 times in a 6 week period. The first dinner was excellent and has unfortunately gone down hill quality wise. Each dinner exceeded $200/couple so expectations are high. During our most recent dinner, Caesar salad was not fresh, pork overdone, lamb chops were excessively fatty and dessert was a mere sliver of cake (almost as if there was one last tiny piece not meant to be served). Dining here is a lovely experience but the disappointment in food quality the last 2 weekends will prevent me from returning any time soon.

Historical feel,spa the way it was 100 years ago . Dinner ambiance was great. Great couple experience.

Beautiful and cozy resort

Very average lodging. Hotel is several miles from town and further yet to ski area. Very clean but in need of updating. Restaurant in building not open during our stay. Must go next door to sister property and pay outrageous prices. Very limited dining choices in area. Suggest skiing from Jackson Gore base if not staying on mountain.

A nice place too stay, even if it wasn't where I expected. Let me explain. I try to stay at new places with my wife whenever possible, and I thought I found a new place in VT, just turns out it was place we stay albeit several years ago. It's nice, quiet and reasonably priced, and pretty close to all the things we wanted to do on this weekend getaway but not new:9 The Castle Restaurant is very nice albeit on the $$$$ side of meals. My meal was great (steak) my wife's, not so great (she had 4-5 bites of a chicken dish) it wasn't very flavorful at all.
