"We didn't get to go to Helen and we were very disappointed."

They canceled my stay . They said they were flooded out! Didn't help me get another hotel.

They didn't offer me any kind of free stay because I had to make other arrangements. I was very disappointed with they way they handled the situation.

Hotel was closed so didn't get to stay.

I didn't like that we didn't get any warning from hotel or Booking.com that the hotel had flooding damage and was closed.

Hotel was closed due to remodling and no one let us know when we booked it. Booking never notified us nor the hotel. We get to helen and no place to stay so we had to cancle our trip .
