"Geaux Tigers"

We went to Charleston before an LSU Clemson game. We were at this hotel last year and came back because we had such a wonderful experience. The employees are amazing and very welcoming. The doormen Richard is the best!!!

"Very helpful and friendly people."

Small, but very classy hotel. Great location for seeing Charleston. One night, I went to draw the draperies and 3/4 of one side fell off the railing. Called housekeeping and Patrick and Davaughn did a great job of moving around in tight quarters quietly and efficiently. Nice guys.

Excellent service from the doorman that helped us with our baggage always respectful helping us with every time we walk in with our bags from the front desk help us multiple times attended to us room service we requested extra towels they gave it to us no problem very well maintained Establishment management doing a great job.

"Wonderful stay"

Great location. Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. The hotel stay includes certain amenities that we weren’t made aware of at check in such as 2 protein balls each morning and 2 passes to museums. We thought we reserved a balcony room and was told we’d get one but it wasn’t available at check in. Overall great place and would definitely stay here again.

"Avoid this hotel at all costs"

We were charged for a room that we did not stay in….we called the hotel and tried to work things out and the individuals we spoke to were super rude and unhelpful and we got stuck with a 280 dollar bill. We come to Charleston frequently and we will never ever stay here when we are in town again. This hotel has lost a lifetime Titanium Elite Bonvoy member. Marriott headquarters if you are listening - the employees at this hotel cite your corporate policies for their actions towards us. Ironically we live 1.5 miles from Marriott headquarters in Maryland and we have been loyal to the brand for years to try and support a local employer. Apparently, the loyalty only runs one way.
