Overall experience was very positive. One serious problem, beds very uncomfortable-to firm & pillows lumpy.

Richard, the valet, was the highlight of our trip. Incredible guidance and service. 10/10 would return. The hotel was extremely clean and all staff was friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful hotel and great location but what we really loved about the hotel was the staff especially Richard. Richard was engaging, gave us great recommendations and was a bright spot in our day. We will definitely stay here again.

I came to the renaissance hotel this morning and seen Terri in the coffee shop (pumpkin pie latte was the best) THEN came back later tonight and officially met Terri as valet?!? Terri has such a vibrant spirit that absolutely stood out and had me laughing the whole way in the door. Highly recommend seeing Terri! Not only can she make you the best cup of coffee, she’ll park your car too!!!

From Richard who greeted us like family on arrival and shook hands to say goodbye, everybody was fantastic. Front desk staff was receptive and ready to assist at all times. Rooms were large, comfortable, and well appointed. Location was perfect for exploring the French Quarter and King Street. We'll be back!!

Richard is a tremendous person. His customer service is amazing and he’s truly a pleasant person every time I see him when visiting CHS. He is a great representation of the city and the staff at the hotel.

This prime location enhanced our ability to fully immerse ourselves in the city’s cultural offerings. Our stay was truly memorable, and we are already eagerly planning our return. The Lindy Renaissance is a gem that exemplifies the best of Charleston’s hospitality and charm, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking an unforgettable experience.
