The Lindy Renaissance Charleston Hotel

Lovely experience overall everyone is very welcoming and friendly! Mark was exceptional, very helpful, kind and polite! 10/10 experience we loved it!

It was really nice, location was great— had everything close by— rooms were close and beds were comfortable. It was nice and relaxing. Mark was really nice and helpful, always genuine and kind hearted and helped us with our luggage. Overall wonderful.

Beautiful Renaissance hotel in the heart of Charleston. Walking distance to the historical area and so many restaurants. The valet and check in process were so easy. Mark, the bellman recommended dinner at Hanks and that was an incredible southern dining experience! Never thought I’d rave about fried fish but it was spectacular!

We just checked into the Charleston Renaissance Lindy after a long day of traveling, and our bell captain, Mark, absolutely set the tone for our stay. He was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly from the moment we arrived. Mark went above and beyond, he even offered to run to a nearby store to pick up a beer for my husband and distilled water for his CPAP machine so we didn’t have to go back out after traveling all day. He also gave us great recommendations in the area and made us feel completely taken care of. Exceptional service like this is rare, and Mark truly made us feel welcomed and valued. Thank you, Mark, for starting our Charleston trip on such a high note!

The hotel staff was the best I’ve seen in quite some time. Mark was by far one of the best above and beyond. Front Desk staff was courteous and professional. I highly recommend everyone to experience this hotel.

Mark the valet was fabulous!! The hotel had a happy hour every day that was it was great. The front desk staff helped us a few times. And the concierge took family photos for us on Thanksgiving 😊

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this property. Seth at the front desk was very helpful and allow me to check in a lot earlier than I expected. And Mark, who was our valet, was very responsive and always there when you needed them without having to look for him. Great people. I would definitely visit again.
