The stay was decent. The hotel had issues with their doors. The bathroom door was so hard to open once you closed it. At one point I thought I was locked in. I had to get someone to push it from outside to open it. Also, the door to get into the room was having some issues, as well as the door to get in the hotel, also, the elevator would always shake, very hard when going to another level. It was very scary because several times I thought I was going to get stuck

The room, lobby and breakfast area were all clean. The breakfast was good

Love staying here it is always great service and quiet.

Staff never in the front desk

I loved the location of the Hotel, it is near restuarants, entertainment and not too far from the beach which was the main purpose of our visit to Sarasota.

There were a few issues during our stay. 1. The room door was not opening and/or locking properly, I had to go to the front desk to get maintenance to check on it, as my belongings were not secured if and when I left. 2. One of the family members' room A/C was leaking, and the carpet was wet, the room smelled of wet carpet and mold. 3. Another family members' bathroom tub was not draning properly and it was clogging 5 mins into their shower 4. The breakfast was ok but not great, some of the items offered were cold, including the coffee and it was waaaaay to strong no amount of milk would help, and some items were not refilled adequately, the waffle maker was not working (that was a big let down as we had small children with us).

Location, staff.

Our room smells as humidity. The carpet under the ac was wet. The carpet was dirty.

They were able to accommodate us on short notice when our Airbnb fell through. The staff was very friendly upon check-in. The staff was prompt with any needs that we requested.

Needs thicker pillows.

There was weeks coming out bathroom sink and there was full flying ants buy ac and the hole window it was harroble I lefth running out there then I pay 320$ 1 night dint even get refund boking is verry bad with refunds and they are putting name Marriot in bad place

The continental breakfast was Better than expected and the high ceilings in the room were also a pleasant surprise. Although I don’t know if that is only because we stayed on the ground floor.
