SpringHill Suites Sarasota Bradenton

While Spring Hill is not the elite property of the Marriott family, THIS Spring Hill should have been. Their rock star staff fixed a stressful situation for us and had three guest rooms ready for us with moments’s notice at a fair price, matching the flea bag off brand motel down the road. Efficient, friendly, and helpful staff at every point in the stay. Clean and comfortable suites. Easy access to airport, university, and shopping/dining.

Carpets and couch had stains. Heavy dust on top of wardrobe (no wonder my allergies were acting up). Dust bunnies in between furniture. Showers doors would not stay closed. Never received any housekeeping and had to continually go to front desk for clean towels/linen. I was locked out after sitting by a very unkept pool as apparently they were having trouble with the keyfob entry system there which they did not disclose. The pool was never cleaned, with dirt and floating debris every day, no loungers and the chairs were stained and dusty. Staff was generally friendly, except for the manager.

The location worked for us. It was quiet, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good and coffee was always available:)

We would have like more bathroom counter space...for a suite it was a little small. Overall though we were very happy with our suite.

Great convenient property, near Sarasota airport, nice room, sofa, desk, 2 TVs, coffee station, fridge, 2 queen beds, pool, exercise room, free breakfast.

Nice Springhill suites facility. It was clean and comfortable but nothing more. Was in the area for work so the location is C .

Nice place to stay, comfortable rooms.

Property needs to be updated and better maintained. Stained carpets, dirty pool, recked pool furniture. Planned to stay 6 nights, but due to condition of hotel, we checked out after one night. Desk staff did not check us out properly and charged us for 2 extra night, then said they were unable to credit us. Do not recommend and will never stay there again.

Was very convenient to Airport and Bradenton and Sarasoto beaches and img soccer event. Staff and cleaning staff very polite and helpful .breakfast abar was cleaned and well managed and food good
