Residence Inn Charlotte Uptown

The staff was great and location was perfect.

There was several smoke alarms going off all night in the hallways and other rooms. Drove us nuts. The bed was uncomfortable for my back issues.

So close to stadium to see games an shows

Only one elevator was working. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. I also killed a roach in my room.

The breakfast buffet was better than most with included breakfast, nice offering to create your own yogurt parfait. Nice coffee/tea bar with a couple of syrups and ability to make iced coffee. Room was huge with a large bathroom and very quiet. Location couldn’t be any more perfect for events at Bank of America stadium.

It was pretty expensive due to several area events.

I liked the comfort & cleanliness.

The parking garage was confusing to me. We had to get a ticket from the front desk or something. We did not understand that and it was not explained well by the front desk staff at the hotel. We paid an extra $10 to get out of the garage one day, when we just supposed to get a ticket from the hotel front desk. We don't travel much & it was very confusing.

Loved the location. we went to the Charlotte knights game. such a great location. also rode our bikes on the downtown trail. went to the optimist food hall.

Great place and great customer service . I really enjoyed it. Will book again there. Employees is caring respectful great communication they rock from the desk to the bar to breakfast employees great great n thanks

This is a great place with huge rooms. You have everything you need. The location to downtown Charlotte is perfect and in walking distance of everything. The price is super affordable too. Awesome breakfast. Affordable and delicious menu. Shout out to Ms. Shirley who is fabulous, accommodating and goes the extra mile.
