Location was great.

Wasn't very much detailed info on how breakfast was offered. Confused about buffet and what was offered without honors

The parking in lot could be more bright ! It can be scary at night when you are alone and parked further from the building

I booked an Executive Level room in December 2025 for April 2026. Upon arrival, I found they gave my room away. When I took an attitude about it, so did the young girl at the desk. They checked me in for a lower-level room, acted like I inconvenienced them. I paided walk in room rate for the lower-level room and lost my complimentary breakfast. Calling Hilton's main number, I was referred back to the local hotel for reconciliation, and the person was not in and have not received a call back. Shower drain was stopped up, could not take more than a 2 minute shower without it running over. Water pressure too high serving the toilet. My room and others squalled loudly as the toilet was filling. Heard other adjacent rooms doing the same all night. Front entrance, elevators reek of marijuana day and night. Signs in parking area stating the hotel was not responsible for theft or car damage. This tells you about all you need to know about the location, atmosphere and security management of the hotel. There is plenty of nice hotels in Charlotte. I suggest you look for one of them and defer staying at this one.
