Nov 30, 2025. Nice hotel. At dinner at the hotel bar and thought food was good. Room was clean and updated. Has an executive lounge with small buffet breakfast line in the am and some appetizers and drinks for early evening. Would stay here again.

The hotel is in a central location to the interstate and several restaurants. The hotel and hotel room were clean. We enjoyed the Executive Lounge amenities. Ricardo and his team that manage the executive lounge are exceptional. The food was delicious and the staff were helpful and friendly.

"Hotel is uncontactable at all times .. believed they are too busy and has insufficient resources"

The room is ok. The hotel is crowded and looks fully booked. This hotel has a major safety issue. The front desk is uncontactable at all hours. When I tried to get an early check in? The hotel is not contactable. Even Hilton customer service couldn’t get in them. You have to physically present yourself at the hotel. After checking in, you couldn’t even call the front desk from your own room. They disconnected the phone. In short you can’t call room service, guest services, front desk even emergency from your own room. Power outlets are not working from certain locations, coffee machine missing parts so it couldn’t be used. Their published phone number +17045477444 doesn’t work

"Absolutely worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at."

Nothing.

A lot of pimps and prostitution going on at this hotel. We felt so unsafe we decided to leave shortly after arrival. Hotel manager was not helpful nor able to relocate our room which had clearly been kicked in before.
