Hilton Charlotte University Place

I loved the room, everything was clean and ready for me when I arrived. This is in a great location as it is close to any and everything that you would need for a weekend stay.

Nothing on the hotel, but someone close to us blasted music for 8-9 hours. That was the most annoying thing about the whole trip. I guess we picked the wrong weekend for it to be entirely peaceful.

Great hotel! Rebecca at the front desk saved me. She was so nice and made sure we had everything we needed for our trip. Close to everything with good food choices nearby.

I appreciate Nekia (sp) so much! I’m not sure if I’m spelling her name correctly so forgive me if I did. LISTEN, I was on my way back to Atlanta from Delaware and it was a grueling trip… haha But she met me with attention and a smile as I approached the desk. I would have understood if she rushed me or moved me along without care because the hotel WAS BUSY! I believe there was a Chess Tournament & it was A LOT I’m sure but she was cool, calm and helpful. I REALLY appreciated her patience, care and attention to detail. She was kind and thorough. She’s amazing so be sure to let her know. 😅 I also appreciate Rebecca on my way out. Our interaction was brief but she made sure I had everything I needed on my way out along with some extra waters for me and my family. I was FULLY seen by staff. Ah, ALSO, I did get dinner from the bar restaurant. I believe it was Aliyah there… I THINK that was her name but either way, I was there about 20 minutes before closing but I wasn’t rushed or ignored. She treated me with kindness and was thorough as well. Thank you! Everyone moved all the right pieces at the right time and all of the time.
