Quality Inn Memphis Northeast near I-40

Despite being in a run down part of town, it was perfectly located near major roads to suit my needs. The staff were super friendly.

No breakfast (except cold cereal and juice), no coffee, pool not open; no in-room coffee, trash can, TV remote, or bath towels. Broken piece on bottom of shower stall door let water leak all over the bathroom floor. Abandoned damaged vehicle taking up one handicap space needed for customers.

GREAT STAFF, NICE BEDS, BUT LOOSE TOILET, ONLY 1 TOWELL, NO REMOTE, COFFEE BUT NO CUPS, CREAMER OR SUGAR. COFFEE MAKER IN BREAKFAST AREA BROKEN, BATTER DISPENSER BROKEN. NO CUPS, CREAMER, SUGAR AT THE TEMPORARY COFFEE MAKER, NO CUPS FOR THE JUICE. JUST A LOT OF LITTLE ITEMS THAT SNOWBALLED INTO A LESS THAN ACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE.

Nothing, do not recommend at all. Ended up leaving as felt so unsafe

Everything. So rough and so unsafe. Toilet roll was dirty and mouldy, needle found in the bathroom…

For what it's worth, I had a nice night, I didn't get much sleep so I went outside and took photos of the stray dogs. I also took a short drive to the next town over and sat at The Pharmacy Coffeehouse in Bartlett.

Was not told that homeless and prostitutes use this hotel. When we arrived there's a broken car in parking and have about 3-4 black, young people just hanging around the parking lot. Elevator did not work; hall had trash cans with trash out/in all over the container; room's bathroom shower was so filthy no way we could step in; to top it off, there were roaches climbing the walls!. We had to immediately checked out and had to go and pay for a new hotel not on your list. You charge for a horrible experience.

We reserved this hotel for the indoor pool. When we arrived we were told the pool was not in working order. The lobby smelled of marijuana. The staff member said not my fault pool not working,

When I asked if we could cancel or reservation since the website did not reflect the pool was out of service, she again said not my problem deal with the website.

Staff was very friendly. Elevator was questionable and led to a floor covered in sticky dried liquid. Once in the room, the fridge was frozen over, microwave rusted, closet door was tore off the hinges, room door struggled to latch and looked previously kicked in, ac cord was covered in black tape on top of previous scorch marks in the carpet, bathroom door had a hole punched in it, shower leaked, no trash bags, one very small towel (even though our reservation was for four adults), blankets stained, and whole place had a weird smell. When we noticed the coffee machine was out of order we didn’t even attempt breakfast. Hotel was quiet and bed decently comfortable for the price we paid. Would not recommend.

Elevator in poor and unstable condition. Scary to ride.
