Quality Inn Memphis Northeast near I-40

We stay at a hotel that had mode in bathroom bathrooms door was broke closet was broken couldn’t close and chair was broken couldn’t even sit and when you go in hotel doors couldn’t close they were broke and the pool was down full of dirt yes I definitely left the hotel it was a nightmare!!!!!!!

I would never stay here again. Ever!!!!!!! The whole property was dirty. I am sure i seen a drug deal outside in the super trashy parking lot that had not been mowed at all this yr. Breakfast i went somewhere else because they did not have coffee or breakfast. They only had quarter waffles, but there was batter all over the cabinets. The public bathroom was broken, the elevator was broken. There was trash and dirt all over the stairway. The room was better than the but not saying much better. I was afraid of the area, and decided to screw the money there and go somewhere else.

There were no comforters and no towels in our room. We went to the front desk and asked for it. The coffee machines are broken. The room as well as the whole hotel had a bad smell.

Hallways to rooms on second floor were very smokey and smelled very strong of weed. Remote for TV was broken and had only 1 towel in the room for 2 people hotel didn't have anymore that was clean when I addressed it to the front desk. The second room that I had my son's in had left over food in the fridge and had empty alcohol bottle stuffed in the tissue dispenser in the room.

The most terrible experience I ever had. Fist off the lawn wasn’t taken care of, I almost thought this place was shut down. It’s probably best if it was, the lobby was disgusting, trash everywhere. The elevator was in desperate need of service, it took 5 times to properly close. Left immediately after seeing the room after finding multiple stains on the sheet and towels. DO NOT STOP HERE!

No soap in room. Water in shower did not work. Room was ok. Clean and comfortable. Outside halls, entrance way, elevator, and outside surroundings were dirty, dirty, dirty. All needed immediate care. Grounds especially bad shape. Weeds two foot tall. Pool and gym closed. Breakfast was waffles or fruit loops.No coffee anywear. Staff 10. Room 2. Neighborhood. 2. Overall presentation minus 5. Needs serious cleanup.
