Extended Stay America Suites - Boston - Westborough - Connector Road

I did not like anything about the hote, it appeared to be a half way house for people who were being released ftom prison, at least one guest was wearing a tag on his ankle. It did notmeet our expectations on any front.

front desk staff friendly, process to check in quick

There was no blow dryer/hair dryer in my room. I asked the front desk for one and they did not have one. I was attending an important event and it was only 42 degrees outside and I did NOT have access to a blow dryer, as the amenities listed indicated would be provided. This was extremely disappointing and more than inconvenient.

I booked a room 11 days in advance through booking.com, drove my 3 year old special needs son and hour and a half to Westborough, for there to be no reservation under my name because booking “oversold the number of rooms.” The clerk at the counter was extremely rude and was not at all helpful or understanding of my situation. I will not be using booking.com or Extended Stay America again.

Mainly coffee & a few basics.

Air conditioner very loud; curtains not completely darkening room; people outside our room smoking & loud @ times;mattress has seen better days!!

Due checking me in late night was awesome. Very chill and very pleasant. Helpful af… was going thru a crisis with our some getting admitted to hospital and dude made it easy

Finding it was a bit tricky…. I’d put better signs up… or say it’s behind the Hilton
