Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Macedonia, OH

It was a clean hotel room without any frills. The pool was also very clean. It is a little on the run down side (ripped curtains, loose tile in the bathroom) but very functional as a place to sleep and go hiking at the national park.

I like the location of the place and the price range was perfect

The bathroom was not that clean and the toilet stopped working. There was a lot of leftover hair on the bathroom floor and on the shower walls.

Most horrible experience, worst than 3 world hotel stay. Mold and beg bugs everywhere, not cleaned despite asking for cleaning. No service people, front reception doing all work by themselves. Stayed and slept in car. Next day moved to another hotel. Rude staff didn’t even returned money. The dark comforters and dark carpet is hiding all bedbugs. Good trick. Will never book through hotels.com and will never stay at country inn and suites by radisson. Will lodge formal complaint at BBB and radisson hotels

We were in town for the rock and roll Hall of fame 1/2 Marathon. This was a convenient location and easy drive.early in the morning.

My family and I checked in and went to dinner. Returning to our room afterward my daughter said that the carpet on the floor near her bed was completely soaking wet. The air conditioner was leaking on the floor and soaking the carpet. I went down to the front desk and told them of the issue. The young woman at the desk said there was nothing that she could do because there was no maintenance on staff for the weekend, so I asked for another room. She said unfortunately there were no other rooms available so I had asked for a refund because I shouldn't be charged for having to stay in a room where the AC is leaking. She said that she wasn't able to process the credit for me that evening but come back in the morning when I was checking out and they would process a credit for me AND if she wasn't there she would leave a note for somebody else. Upon check out at 5:00 a.m. there was a different person at the front desk and there had been a brief note referencing my room# left near the computer. The young lady took my phone number and told me she would process a refund and let me know by text that had been taken care of by 9:00 a.m. in addition, she would also send confirmation to my email. Needless to say no credit, no call no text. After returning home I called back today, explained what transpired over the weekend and was bluntly told that there's no way that my general manager is going to authorize this refund because you stayed the night. I explained that I had nowhere to go All the hotels were full (Morgan wallen concert was also in town) there was no maintenance on staff and you had no other rooms available. She took my phone number and said the general managers name was Patel and that she would give him my number. She then ended the conversation with I'll give him your number I don't know when he'll call you he's a busy man..... Totally ridiculous. STAY AWAY from this property.

There are bed bugs, mold and not cleaned. We complained and asked the receptionist to clean the room. They did not clean. Very poor customer service. Horrible

I did not like the property AT ALL.

The property was nasty, multiple rooms reeked of mildew, house keeping must have just pulled the sheets up from the guest before. stains and hair in beds and what seemed to be pubic hairs throughout bathroom. Hotel staff are impossible to identify, “employees” wearing street clothes (Nike tshirt, jeans, and flip flops) with no type of name tag. The hotel was supposedly completely booked. So after a long day of moving me and my family were forced to find other sleeping arrangements.

The condition of this hotel does not match its price. Additionally, it popped up a suspicious unknow Email when I signed and confirmed my booking when I arrived the front desk.

The room I stayed in was very dirty; it was so dirty we didn't even stay the second night, ask for a refund for the second night and they said no.

Close to interstate

The hotel was disgusting. The hallways smelled. The room smelled like mold. There was visible mold on the shower curtain and around the faucets. The sheet protector wasn’t changed and had something in it. Horrible stains on carpet and old chair in the bathroom. Honestly disgusting.
