Best Western Space Shuttle Inn

Very clean. Staff was amazing. Everything you need for the night right there on site. Only place we stay when we take a cruise.

The food at the restaurant. My husband's steak looked like it was cooked in a microwave. Everything else was good though. The staff there is amazing. The drinks are great also

Card wasn’t working at first Room smelt musty

Not a good experience. First the front desk gave me a room that was not ready and bit smelly. Back to the front desk, the next room in a different building was ready but smelled of mold and mildew and a little urine mixed in. Not even the heavy perfuming could hide the odors. The king bed was comfortable, but the frame must have been broken as it made several concerning sounds when you got into or out of it. The toilet bowl is a round low type from the last century. The shower curtain is mounted a bit too low so the bottom of the curtain lays in the shower pan making for a gross looking stain at the bottom hem. The breakfast area is really small and tight with a bottle neck at the small entry door. I guess I got what I paid for as it was an inexpensive room, but I expected more from a Best Western. I was happy to leave after 1 night and would never stay at that location again.
