"for the sum of money spent, the MOST BASIC hospitality rules are not met"

stayed on the ground floor the housekeeper took the time to acknowledge me the evening receptionist was pleasant

for the price to stay here it is sad that basic television is NOT FREE ??? the fact that there was someones hair on the bathroom floor present when i arrived at the room the fact that the bathroom door did not close light switches and doorknobs require a wipe down, it should not be the quest that needs to wipe away previous persons germs. that applies to myself as well

Nothing

They lied they didn't give my deposit back of 300 because they said I smoked in the room when in fact there's camera footage of us going and smoking outside the room was checked when we checked out the lady said everything was good,it wasn't until after we lefted that the manger said we weren't gonna be getting it back we took pictures of how it was lefted..they do this to more people then ourselves i WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TOO ANYONE..
