"I wasn't even able to stay to stay after booking on line got the and turned me away"

Absolutely nothing

You took my money and cancel my reservation. Staff was unwelcoming so rude. How do you just take someones money and cancel their stay for no reason I was not feeling well my husband had to work and we traveled for work.
